The foundation beneath Gretchen and Jim's front porch was failing, and the front steps and walkway had deteriorated over the years. First, we repaired the foundation and prepared the new porch floor, steps, and walkway for a new surface. Then we laid warm, brown flagstone over them and reattached the custom-made wrought iron railings that were original to the home.
