In this dramatic Gramercy Park Renovation we took an outdated apartment with grandma’s wallpaper and gave it the fresh modern update it deserved. The new powder room has a grand feeling from the gorgeous custom tile work installed from floor to ceiling, we also made sure to add fixtures that were modern and sleek to supply a necessary airiness to this once cramped space.
The original kitchen was dull and dark, the clients needed sunlight desperately, to achieve that we removed the wall that was separating the kitchen from the living areas. With sleek two-toned wood paneled cabinetry and sleek space efficient appliances paired with Calacatta Clara quartz countertops, this kitchen is the perfect place to host friends and family.
The final space in this full renovation was the main bathroom where we were able to completely transform the look of this bathroom without relocating any of the existing plumbing. We added NYC classic subway tiles to the whole space to draw your eye around the room and replaced the existing shower and vanity finished off with sleek brass finishes.
