Marine Park Town-House
We began the transformation on this full townhome gut renovation by removing the original galley kitchen wall to create an open concept that flowed into the living spaces; we installed timeless parquet wood flooring throughout all the main living spaces and replaced the existing rectangular passthrough with a grand archway. With the kitchen wall removed, we were able to add several feet of space making the kitchen more functional and giving our clients a large marine blue island with plenty of storage and an overhang for seating, adding 60% more working counter space than they began with. A wine fridge and large chefs’ stove, and hood match the rest of the stainless-steel kitchen appliances are accentuated by a grey herringbone backsplash.
The black and white grand bathroom has a transitional design with traditional hardware coated in a black finish, subway tiles wrap around the entirety of the room alongside timeless tile work on floors. Complete with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower with an overhead rainfall shower alongside an adjustable handheld nozzle and built-in wall cove
