Grayhawk Tuscan Update

This was a full remodel project that brought this home into the present. New floors, cabinets, ceiling treatments and wall art make this project classic and bold.

A dated old arched niche got the star treatment and is now the star of the show. It serves both as a library and cookbook display. Walnut cabinets give warmth.

The dining room features plank and hex wood look tile as well as a stone tile ceiling. the walls got special treatments from a local artist. We repurposed the client's area rug and dining table.

This entry had clear boundaries on all side, top and bottom, so we tiled the ceiling and made a custom design in the flooring. Rather than fill in the niches, we made them special by have custom art treatments installed.

This grand entry door started as a yellowed maple blast from the past and was re-stained to match the walnut throughout.

The formal living room now includes a custom bar in black. the cane fronts and glass doors are lit from behind, giving extra mood. The chandelier is certainly a scene stealer from every view.

This guest bathroom got a well deserved facelift. From outdated wallpaper with tiled countertops to crisp, clean and modern. The hand crafted subway style tile still lends a touch of the old world charm.

This used to be an outdated tub shower combo. The tub was removed and the shower got modernized with fresh new tile, fixtures and glass enclosure.

This kitchen started as Tuscan, including a collection of chickens lining the upper cabinets. We re-faced the perimeter cabinets and created a large new island that gives all sorts of new opportunities for entertaining.

The family seats all 6 family members comfortably. the arch opening gives full view of the dining room and hallways. Adjacent to the kitchen, this space is perfect for gatherings.
