Complete kitchen remodel all new cabinets, granite counter-tops, appliances, flooring, back-splash and lighting. The prior kitchen was built the the late 70's and although the cabinets were well made it was time for an update. We also updated the living and dining rooms with new engineered wood flooring, removing the 80's wallpaper and replacing with fresh paint. In addition, we painted all the wood trim which was a stained pine. These few simple changes freshen up the space and added a lot of much needed light. The light fixture were updated, including the fan which used to be a fan with drop rod and attached light kit. The old fan dropped down to a 6' height making it easy for tall individuals to hit it. The new fan is a hugger with a bowl light kit which solved the problem.
