The kitchen is part of the existing 1936 home with wood walls and ceiling. Existing wood flooring will be replaced with 12" x 24" porcelain beige stone look tile in a straight pattern. All new cabinets in a white shaker style with brush gold hardware. Counter-tops are Wilsonart Adena quartz.

The laundry room will be a part of the new back addition. We will reuse the clients existing one piece 40's sink with drainboards and newer pull down faucet. A single 12" drawer base for storing item's will finish off one end. A custom wood shelf with metal piping for hanging clothes. The same...
