In addition to a minor but thorough interior renovation of this simple, elegant modern 1950's house, then entire 2 acre property was redesigned. At the center of this effort was a new pool, spa and deck, pergola, and cabana. The hillside above was regraded and landscaped. The pool and spa were designed to take advantage of the wide views, and the spa itself is aligned directly with the view of the Pacific Ocean.
