The clients wanted one space open for a great room in a very small house. Prior to starting renovations, we decided to flip the current kitchen with the dinning room. The dinning room had a fireplace in which we re-faced and with the basement ceiling open it was easy and not expensive to move all the mechanicals. This really brought the client into a great entertaining area that the husband and wife now cook together in.
