The Bellvue Lofts is a re-designed School in Bellvue, PA. Located just outside of Pittsburgh, Casey Steiner of Steiner Development purchased and converted the space into various lofts. I got to work with some of the Clients who purchased the loft spaces, as well as working with the build outs before purchased. The natural feel of the building with the large windows and natural light was one of the gifts. That gave all the lofts character.
