Hacienda Modern

This large cul de sac lot in a prominent old town Phoenix neighborhood sat empty for years until the owners went to work, selecting an awesome design team to bring their dream home to life. Bianchi Design developed the master plan for the overall site and patio layouts and the pool, while Morgan Holt of EarthArt landscape embellished the plantings and installation, while Kim Alonzo worked her magic in finishes, fabrics, appointments and furniture selections.
