We added new lighting and a custom front door to completely modernize the entry at this house.

We turned a traditional fireplace insert into a modern focal point. Glass mosaic tile enhances the view. New exterior doors (background) lead to a covered modern deck.

We completely changed the orientation of this kitchen. A closet was converted to a home office utilizing a barn door. All of the kitchen casework is doug fir.

There was no direct access from the main living floor spaces to the back yard. A fully covered deck with stairs were added. The deck is weather tight so that the kids have a great outdoor play area during rainy days.

The fireplace was barely noticable before the renovation.

The two sided fireplace acted more as a room divider. The new design engaged the living rooms and uses the fireplace as a focal point.
