This was a complete overhaul of a mid-century ranch. The unfinished basement was converted to habitable space, allowing for two new bedrooms and a full bathroom, entertainment area and wet bar. The kitchen and main floor bathroom were renovated. We removed the existing wall to the basement and added a more modern stair. The result is a two level modern ranch. Window wells in the basement were used to increased natural light.
