This client was struggling with drainage in their front yard, a common issue for many homeowners in Austin. To combat this, we installed 120 linear ft of the drainage system, cut concrete and repoured sidewalk (front and backyard). We also installed 865 sq ft of xeriscape with 2" Brazos gravel on front and backyard areas, 120 sq ft of concrete patio area with an Oklahoma flagstone pathway and built a bed in front of the house with 4" limestone chop mortared - white mortar, soil included. We also added some additional backyard concrete and a 4" chop limestone edging around trees, topping off the mulch there as well.
