We completed this contemporary remodel in 2018. We completely gutted the kitchen and bathrooms. In the kitchen, we created a wider framed opening for better flow from the kitchen to the dining room. We also designed the kitchen to incorporate the former eat-in area and leave only the formal dining room. This allowed the homeowner to have a larger kitchen and area to entertain. We also added a window centered over the sink to allow more natural light.
This was a fun project in that it has some unique elements. In the kitchen we Installed full height backsplashes out of the same material as the countertops. Also in the kitchen we installed a waterfall edge over the peninsula. In the Master bathroom you will notice a complete wall of mirrors over the vanity that includes two medicine cabinets canceled by the mirrors.
