This Home was built in the 1940's and recently underwent major renovations. The renovations to the home were done to give it a heritage feel. The landscape design needed to reflect this character, and was achieved by pairing natural stone masonry with historic style wooden and metal elements. The layout was structured and organized and was intended to respond to the forested, riverfront setting.
