The idea when this long term project started was for this beautiful new waterfront home to appear as though it sits atop a cliff. The home owners wanted a lush natural feel, but one that was also practical in suiting there social lifestyle. They wanted the landscape to appear as though it had always been there and that it 'just belonged.' This project was a design build project by Riverview that began several years ago, and is continually being updated.
