This home was in need of a full overhaul, from finishes to floor plans. We started in the heart of the home, the kitchen. Cramped and choppy, we decided to double the size of the kitchen by incorporating the nook space. We moved walls and changed the sink and appliance locations to create an efficient work triangle, along with ample storage and countertop pre space. The island serves as a great design element in the space, as well as offering generous seating options.
