This North High Park home had not been updated since our client first bought the house. But now, with the kids grown and moving out, it was time to renovate. The work involved a complete gut of the house, with a small third storey extension. There was an emphasis on natural light and a muted palette with a focus on materials. The design improved the function of the house and created a visually interesting space more aligned with the couple’s aesthetics.
