The brief for this project was to design a two and a half storey side extension to this red brick, 3 bedroom property, in Wantage. The clients discussed the desire to have timber cladding, however they wanted to keep it primarily to the rear of the property, in order to retain the more traditional features to the front facade.

The new extension forms a new office in the loft, an office, bedroom and bathroom, at first floor, and a larger garage and utility room at ground level.
