Planning has been submitted for this innovative 'staycation' style leisure resort situated on a floodplain in the South of England. The scheme is made up of 100+ holiday lodges raised at different heights in order to remain above any predicted future flood levels. In addition there is a 'Club House' building consisting of a restaurant, holiday spa and food shop for those staying on site.
