Our company had been on this property for the past 10 years, when our client put the home up for sale, sold it in less than 10 days. We were then hired and asked to continue servicing this property by the new homeowner. It wasn't but one week into the change of ownership that the new homeowner decided to totally revamp the existing landscape. The project looks amazing and we are very proud of the end results. These photos were taken in December 2020 in a dormant state. We continue to service this property weekly going forward, and anxiously await it's maturity of our efforts in regards to growth on ground covers, shrubs, and several hundred other plant material we have just recently installed. Our company spent three months removing trees, installing 5k+ of Fescue Sod, a 250' Dry River Bed with stone boulders, overhauling and refining the landscape by removing entire foundation plantings, clean-up of the entire property (utilizing 11 twenty yard containers of debris), installing stone boulder steps, 45 boulder steppers (2'x3') in size along the left hand side of the property, extending/doubling the square footage of the entire rear yard of Fescue turf, installing approximately 60 yards of mulch, 40 yds of top soil, several evergreen and deciduous trees, ground covers, approximately 90 fern, Acorus Grass, Dystilium in various specimen, 14' Sable Palm, outdoor lighting on the entire landscape and house, to name some of this extensive project.
