Located in Gilbert, Arizona, Highland Drive transformed a dark, Tuscan-inspired home into a warm, refined retreat designed for everyday living and effortless entertaining. Our client loved the character of rustic design but wanted a brighter, more elevated aesthetic with materials durable enough for life with her beloved bulldogs.

We lightened the home by refreshing the walls and cabinetry, replacing travertine with warm wood flooring, and defining each area within the open floor plan to create natural flow and function. Layered textiles, Phillip Jeffries wallcoverings, worn leather, wood accents, and iron details bring depth and personality to the space. The result is a sophisticated interpretation of rustic design that feels inviting, livable, and built to stand the test of time.
