Juniper Lane

Located in Mesa, Arizona, Juniper Lane began with a home filled with memories. When our clients asked us to redesign their grandmother's mid-century home, the goal wasn't to erase its history but to thoughtfully reimagine it for the next generation. As fellow mid-century enthusiasts, we embraced the opportunity to preserve the character that made the home special while creating spaces that supported modern living.

The remodel introduced a new kitchen, mudroom, and open-concept great room while carefully preserving original built-ins, pocket doors, and other architectural details that carried the home's story forward. The greatest compliment came from family who shared, "It feels like you, with an essence of Grandma—but it's not Grandma's house anymore." That balance between honoring the past and designing for the future is what makes Juniper Lane so meaningful.
