Our firm was asked to design the architecture and interiors for this extensive remodel.The original home was a one story ranch style just under 3,000 square feet built in the 80's the finished home is two story with over 6,000 square feet of living space. The site sits along a cliff overlooking the Deschutes river with magnificent views up and down river. We were able to excavate and locate a floor below the exsisting first floor, the result is the house "hugs" the lot better and is a very low profile from the street. Amazing floor to ceiling windows capture the southern exposure while interior finishes are kept to a minimum with travertine and mahogany extending throughout the homes interior. After the two year remodel was completed, we are now working on the furnishings and art collection.
