This 100 year old historic restoration/remodel was over a 4 year project with completion in 2022. A five floor mix of multi family and street level commercial space. This included the installation of a new elevator, 35 remodeled apartments, laundry room , 2 electrical rooms, managers unit, garbage shute and a beautifully finished entry and street level marble facade.
