Historic Franklin cottage owners needed additional square footage and an additional bedroom. All was accomplished with Historic Overlay challenges and the completed project reflects a classic design, brilliant natural lighting, with the use of properly placed windows, and a living space that is welcoming,and ample for the family's needs and decor.
