PBA continues ongoing phases of design on a historic estate in Howard County. The recently completed initial phase included a comprehensive restoration and additions to the historic farmhouse and restoration, renovation, reconstruction and additions to several outbuildings. A second phase addition is currently under construction and includes a garage addition with an expansive master suite. The reconstruction of two additional outbuildings will round out the final phase of the project will commence early this summer.
