This renovation takes place in the Historic District of Lancaster, Ohio. Built in 1898 in a true Eastwick Design. We were careful to keep the historic style of this beautiful house but brought it up to date by creating a Master Suite and an up to date kitchen. We restored all existing bathrooms using original marble sinks and clawfoot tubs. We restored all existing fireplaces, floors, staircases and millwork.
We stylized in classic furnishing as well as adding modern style comfort.
