This was a major redo of an 1807 house. Work included jacking the rear of the house and garage to install/improve the foundation. The back section of original house was removed and replaced with a new family room/master bath addition and porches. The interior was completely gutted, floor plan reworked and all mechanical systems , insulation, plaster and finish work redone.
