This lakeside cottage, located a short distance from Woodstock, was built on a challenging hillside lot. The cottage was designed with main living areas on the main floor and bedrooms on lower level with a walkout to lake. The design melded perfectly with the topography of the site and allowed for a 1,900 sf cottage with almost every inch being used.
