Meramec Highlands Historic Train Depot renovated from 1100 sq. ft. of dilapidated space to a 5000 sq. ft. luxury home. We've maintained it's original style while updating and converting it into a home. The depot was once a stop made for the Meramec Highlands Resort traffic. The resort boasted high-end dining and shopping. Prior to the 1904 World's Fair in St Louis, it became less exclusive and therefore a big stopping point for many travelers.
