A powder room and separate laundry area off the kitchen was redesigned to create a walk in pantry and dual bathroom/laundry space (see kitchen/pantry area under Hollywood Hills Kitchen). Marble basket weave mosaic tile was installed in conjunction with marble look porcelain from Lowes. We also incorporated a laundry chute from the master closet upstairs which the clients love.
