Home on the Lake

How dramatic to open the door to your home and immediately be enveloped by the view of a lake. Not what you'd expect to find in a small town in central Nebraska, the view even makes you wonder if you are on a boat. By positioning the home with the length of the lake, one is presented with am expansive, beautiful view.

The mosaic fireplace tile set in a vertical pattern allowed the curves of the fireplace to repeat the ceiling detail. The leather chairs swivel easily for television viewing.

This is a gourmet cook's kitchen. Every appliance is efficiently placed, including a proofing oven. The television allows guests to enjoy the game while the cook entertains. The eucalyptus wood floor is set at an angle, increasing the feeling of spaciousness.
