Sitting on a 4000m² corner site, this home design project was approved for construction just before the Covid-19 pandemic. The client, a well-established Zimbabwean medical doctor in the diaspora. We have worked with clients outside Zimbabwe before and with our design philosophy and approach we were confident that we would meet the client's expectation.
The outcome was this breath-taking architectural masterpiece of a design, neatly tucked on a corner site. As you enter the house, there is a grand sweeping staircase within the double volume foyer space. On the top floor there is provision of panoramic views from within the house as there are full height windows that offer views to the landscape from the generous balconies giving a 360 degrees total view.
