This Home Design with a Modern Contemporary appeal is sitting on a 1200Sqm corner site. Designed for a young couple that had clearly defined specifics to their home. Being on a corner site we endeavoured to make the Design very interesting in at least 2 sides as these views were to be facing the road and passers-by would get an appreciation of what it's all about.
Upon entering, there is more illumination, besides that from full height windows from a skylight above the entrance and the beauty of the house becomes evident. Views of the beauty of the interiors become evident starting with a feature staircase right in front of the entrance hall, a Double volume family Lounge, an Alfresco and out to the garden beyond all this is over the Dining room. The whole of the living/kitchen/ breakfast area are on an open plan.
