Customer had an in-ground concrete pool that was no longer wanted. TJB-INC was hired to create a living space. We filled in the pool and added material to create elevations. The most of the concrete foundation and patio are still under our design with no ill effect to the plants or pond above.

The stepping stones are called Maya Stones by Techo-Bloc and used in many of TJB-INC creations.

The best part of this project was the Hunter's had been with us as lawn maintenance customers. They had watched our company grow and move into many different areas of design & water features before they called us to create one for them. They had so much trust in us that they gave us a budget of $25,000 for the project and let us create what ever we felt was best for the property. It was our first opportunity like this so we built what is still one of my most favorite water features. We were also responsible for what was planted where so we made sure to have interest & color most of the year. Every 2 weeks or so , different plants show their blooms attracting lots of different wildlife throughout the season much to the delight of the homeowners.
