New Yard by ClassiCut Inc after new home construction by Huisinga Homes. This yard was seeded on October 6th & Hydro-Mulched on October 7, 2016. First of all, we spread a thin layer of topsoil over the existing timber soil before we tilled everything and leveled all the dirt to create a smooth yard. Then we seeded the yard with 30% Perennial Rye & 70% Premium Kentucky Bluegrass & Applied Green Choice Hydro-Mulch with Tacking Agent.
