This authentic and eclectic Mediterranean villa is spectacularly located at the Shell Beach Bluffs overlooking the Pacific. This residential remodel and addition featured ancient Roman roof tiles, custom heavy timber framing, hand-carved limestone architectural features, and bronze clad mahogany doors and windows from New England.
