I was approached to decorate an executive office for a partner at a law firm. He is a young, successful attorney at a corporate law office specializing in IPOs and security law, but his office didn’t reflect that. It was – as he so aptly put it – “pathetic”. So much so that he was embarrassed to have meetings in his office, and it certainly didn’t reflect his stature in the firm. He gave me the missive to create a modern, industrial inspired space with a seating area for taking meetings and a work area including a large desk.
