Malibu Scandinavian Modern

This fire rebuild home in the Malibu mountains uses a calming mix of Scandinavian and California Coastal design to reflect its' location and elements in the surrounding area. Built for a family with teenage boys, the home makes the most of its' small footprint, optimizing storage space and using vaulted ceilings and floating cabinetry to create an expansive feeling. Natural materials and a restrained use of color contribute to the relaxed yet refined style.
