Changing the room to reflect the home owner's modern style, love of color and re-directing the room's focal point back to the fireplace was our goal. We gave the fireplace more presence by making it larger and painting it's wall a warm red. The coffee table was updated with a fresh coat of paint, a throw pillow was re-covered in a co-ordinating fabric, and an interesting piece of art was mounted over the fireplace.
