This 1927 family home is currently a rental near UCLA. We have made many improvements to it over the years starting with earthquake damage repair after the 1994 Northridge earthquake. The foundation has been retrofitted, H.V.A.C. system and duct work completely replaced, electrical wiring replaced. Both bathrooms have been completely redesigned with new cabinetry, finishes, plumbing, exterior painting, and repair of original mission tile roof.

We have also redesigned and installed a new concrete driveway and gate in the original character of the home and installed site drainage to address any rain water issues.
