Oak Beams and Handrail. All Oak is sanded at this point but only the ceiling girder is stained so far. We did not do any of the painting in this house, that was done before we were brought onto the project.

We tried some lighter colors but they were too close to the floor/stairs and the overall effect was muddy. It became hard to tell where the floor began and the hand rail ended or in some cases hard to tell if they were a different color at all.
