We create a large patio area that allows for a sitting area and a eating area. We used natural irregular blue stone for the field and an onyx cobble concrete paver for the border. We install planting beds to enhance the patio. In the side bed a riverbed rock swale was installed for drainage. It is not only functional but also adds interested to the garden bed. We constructed a grilling island around the existing grill and reused a granite top from the renovation. I like the way the color tones of the materials use compliment the house.
