Patio renovation and redesign. We removed existing deck and installed a landing with curved steps with blue stone treads. A sitting wall with builtin grill constructed with techo bloc wall stone. The wall was capped with blue stone and the island has a granite top. We installed paver patio with a curved design. The planting design around the patio brings warmth and color with a variety of plants including Crape Myrtle, Dogwood tree, Hydrangea, Portuguese Laurel, Boxwood, Goldthread Cypress, Viburnum and a mixture of perennials and grasses. Landscape lighting was install including lights under the sitting wall which bring the project to life at night.
