The homeowners wanted to transform their dated bathroom into a brighter, more comfortable space with the relaxing feel of a spa. The original bathroom had yellow walls, an older tub and shower enclosure, dated finishes, and a layout that felt dark and crowded. Our goal was to create a clean, modern bathroom that felt more open while giving the homeowners plenty of storage and everyday functionality.
The remodeled bathroom now features a sophisticated dark gray double vanity with shaker-style cabinetry, generous drawer and cabinet storage, and a coordinating floor-to-ceiling linen cabinet. A crisp white countertop keeps the vanity area bright, while the large illuminated mirror and contemporary vanity lighting add a polished, modern touch.
One of the biggest highlights of the remodel is the new spa-like walk-in shower. The old tub and shower were replaced with a spacious frameless glass enclosure surrounded by large-format marble-look porcelain tile. A contrasting hexagon mosaic shower floor adds texture and visual interest while complementing the darker vanity cabinetry.
The shower was designed for both comfort and convenience, featuring a large rainfall shower head, handheld shower fixture, brushed nickel controls, and a built-in recessed niche for shampoo and bath essentials. Small windows bring natural light into the shower while maintaining the bathroom's bright and airy atmosphere.
Marble-look porcelain tile continues onto the bathroom floor, helping visually connect the entire space and creating a clean, cohesive look. Brushed nickel hardware and fixtures provide the finishing touches throughout the room.
