This 16,000 SF sprawling Italianate Mediterranean design was proportioned and scaled to a 20 acre site. The asymmetrical design is punctuated by 5 chimneys, clay tile roof, dormers, balconies, and a copper cupola and incorporates extensive use of stone cladding, stone balustrades and columns on the loggias. The foundation of the home was elevated 5 feet above natural grade in order to afford the homeowners elevated views of the lake from within the home.
