This project entailed a total gut of a 1970's bathroom, with the addition of approx 50 square feet to accommodate a large soaking tub and double vanity. Client wanted a light filled, spa-like space so a large picture window was added over the new tub. Tile selection was kept fresh with a gray and white striated pattern that added a modern feel to the space. A zero-entry threshold and channel drain for the shower met with the client's wishes for a space that embraced Universal Design.
