This client purchased a mid century rancher and underwent a huge renovation, adding a second floor and turning the home into a Cape Cod. The former kitchen had a 80's vibe with pickled oak cabinets and and angled peninsula. We worked with Sterling Kitchens to give this kitchen a sexy makeover! Since there was abundant light coming in from the Pella casement windows in the attached family room, we decided to use black walnut cabinets to add richness and drama to the space. The clients love the sophisticated feel of the room now. Marble pennies on the backsplash and Luna Quartzite on the counters ensures the space doesn't get too heavy.
