This vacation model home was designed with a Great Room floorplan , with dining and living open to the large and fully appointed kitchen. The transitional theme was chosen to appeal to a wide range of buyers wanting a Florida theme but with an elegant and sophisticated slant. An updated Palm Beach Look was chosen with the color palate anchored in off white and linen backgrounds accented with sun and sea colors of deep turquoise and rich yellow. Strong contemporary artwork adds excitement to the generally compact space. All custom cabinetry, ceiling details, flooring patterns and bath wall tiles were selected and designed by the Collins and DuPont team and executed by Gulfshore Homes.
